Amy Smart

Amy Smart is an American former actress and model. Amy Smart was born in California and grew up in California, but she began modelling in Italy. In 1996 when she first made her appearance, she appeared as an actor in the TV movie titled 'Her Pricely Affair.' Her struggle was to find the role of a main character as a character in Starship Troopers, despite having starred in many films. It was an extremely difficult time to make the transition from modeling to acting because model models were rarely considered to be good actors, and they were usually offered smaller roles with no significance. Yet somehow, Amy did not give up and moved into more prominent roles later, beginning with the series 'The 70's' and the film "Varsity Blues'". The 2005 romantic comedy film "Just Friends" starring Ryan Reynolds gave her her first leading role. The film became a massive box office success and Amy has finally achieved the fame she had been trying for for more than a decade. Amy went on to do some big films such as"Crank" and the "Crank" series starring Jason Statham, and the series 'Shameless', in which she was a beloved recurring role.
